This series is about the little things
that make up memories. You
remember that gold pin that your
grandmother wore? When you
think of it, you remember how her
house smelled; the long hallway that
you were scared to walk through; the
day that she helped you ride a bike.
These little things represent the past.
I think the little things represent
a part of each of us in a unique
way. These photos are hazy and
languid because they also represent
the corruption of memory. We
each reflect on the past with unique
eyes- are my little things too rosy?
romantic? or maybe abandoned?
Your eyes will reflect your past.
