BASEBALL

Falcon infielder Troy Bubley will continue his baseball career at Florida Atlantic University after committing with the Owls. Bubley will join teammate Chris Schmitt who committed to FAU earlier in the year.

TRYOUTS

The DBCC baseball team will offer a free try out to all interested prospects on Saturday May 12, 2007.
Two sessions will be held:
Session 1 (10:00 a.m.) will be for only Volusia / Flagler County HS Juniors and Seniors interested in playing baseball at DBCC.
Session 2 (12:00 p.m.) will be an open tryout to all HS Juniors and Seniors interested in playing baseball at DBCC.

There is no charge for either try out.

GOLFERS TRIUMPH

The DBCC Women's Golf Team won the Bash at the Beach Tournament hosted by Embry-Riddle and Central Florida Sports Commission April 1. The Falcons now look ahead to the NJCAA National Golf Championship May 14-17 at the LPGA International Golf Club.
