Prospective DBCC students and their parents take a campus tour during the first countywide open house held at DBCC on Oct. 28. The college offered mini-seminars, one-on-ones with instructors and a free lunch to participating high school students. College president Kent Sharples welcomed the crowd in the Lemerand Center and from there, participants criss-crossed the Daytona Campus to get information on everything from financial aid and dual enrollment to activities in the performing arts and journalism.
