Since the lines can get fairly long it is highly recommended one pays $35 for the Express Pass to be able to stand in shorter lines and participate in all the Halloween Horror Nights events. Despite long waits, there are food and beverage stands available during the wait. Careful when you take a sip though, because it is likely you'll receive a frightful scare from one of the ghouls, who sneak up on unsuspecting people.
Although haunted houses such as Screamhouse, All Nite Die-In, Psychoscareapy, and Run are the most chilling, the wait is too. Even on a Sunday night, the wait stays at an average of 75 minutes. Plan your night according, and be sure to visit the gory Dungeon of Terror, People Under the Stairs, and Psychopath whose lines tend to be shorter.
If the haunted houses and shows don't seem terrifying enough, try and walk the streets of Universal Studios and not yell out a bloodcurdling scream. The Deadtropolis: Zombie Siege, Blood Masquerade, and Harvest of the Souls will certainly jolt your fearlessness. The heat from the flames, scary music and realistic ghouls will display your hidden fears.
